Withdrew Resignation using SSHR
Dear all,
We have a business requirement of employees submitting and withdrawing resignations using SSHR. We are on R12.1.3 and we are planning to use the standard “Voluntary Termination” Feature for the same.
Using the standard function employee can initiate the resignation process and get it approved, but what in cases if resignation has to be withdrawn? We need to know how employee can withdraw resignation. The only current option which is available is to ask the HR guy to update the details using End employment form, but we want to know if the standard function can be extended to achive the requirement.
We are not looking for an EIT initiation process, that will be the last option to go for. I am sure many of us would have faced this requirement and would hv some solutions.

API for updating pay_people_groups
Hi,
Is there any API for updating pay_people_groups table. I know we can do it using hr_assignment_api.update_emp_asg_criteria but this API updates the assignement with the new pay_group_id. I want to know is there is any API which can only update the pay_people_groups and not the assignment.

How we can terminate an employee in R12.13 ?

HRMS - Leave Accrual Plan
Hi All
The requirement from client to change the old leave accrual plan to a new plan.
For grades G1 and G2, leave per year is 24 days and they are increasing it to 28 days. we can simply change it in the formula and the plans and elements are all saved like "Accrual Plan 24". This has to be changed to "Accrual Plan 28". so we created a new accrual plan its working correctly
The issue what we are facing is when we end date the accrual plan 24 and attaching the accrual plan 28, the leave balance is resetting to 0. we need to add the older leave balance with the new one.
Kindly help on this requirement.

How we can make attachment mandatory during leave submission in HRMS ? basically we want to ensure that employee will attach docs before submitting the leave form.

Parallel Approval in Oracle SSHR is Possible, Help Needed
Hi
We have a requirement to run parallel approval in oracle SSHR. We have 5 levels of in approval flow. we have created EIT based flow but facing a problem that at third level (called Head Office Clearance) we have four users, these all users belong to different department. We want these 4 approvers to receive notification simultaneously and work in parallel.
Transaction should move to next step only when all four approvers approve the transaction. If any one of these 4 users reject, transaction should get rejected.
Please tell if any standard feature available for this parallel approval in SSHR.

Payroll Archiver Process Error
Hi
I am getting the following Error when I run the Payroll Archiver Process. The steps that I have followed are as follows:
Ran a Quick Pay for one employee (Successful)
Ran the Pre-Payments (Success)
Ran the Payroll Archiver (Error)
